Pre-Order Refund & Cancellation Policy

By placing your pre-order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Release and Shipping Schedule

  • The targeted shipping and fulfillment period for all pre-orders is scheduled for the 4th week of July 2026.
  • While we aim to strictly adhere to this timeline, any unforeseen logistical delays will be communicated promptly via email.

2. No Refunds Prior to Release

  • All pre-orders are considered final upon payment. * Because production, printing, and allocation are secured based on pre-order volumes, requests for refunds or cancellations will not be entertained or processed if submitted prior to August 1st 2026.

3. Eligible Grounds for Refund (Post-Release)

In compliance with Philippine consumer protection laws, refund requests will only be evaluated after the scheduled release week under the following circumstances:

  • Severe Delay: If the item cannot be shipped within ten (10) days after the announced 4th week of July 2026 timeline due to unforeseen issues on our end.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If the book arrives with significant manufacturing defects or transit damage that rendering it unfit for use (subject to standard proof-of-damage rules upon unboxing).
